21 legal experts and law professors from the practice of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Evidence Law, Civil Law, Company Law, etc, had a panel discussion on whether defendant Zeng Hanlin guilty of Contract Fraud can be established based on the First Instance Judgement of Chengdu Intermediate People's Court, they debated and put forward their legal opinions.
